Real estate information – Information published by government agencies, such as registry offices, and by municipalities (e.g., owner's name, address and property value).

Name and contact details – Your first and last name, your email address, your postal code and your telephone number.

Commercial information – Information about your industry and product preferences, including your opinion on Nominis services.

Additional information – Information about how you use our website and your online activity, including:

Device-specific data : IP address, screen resolution, device type, operating system, browser, geographic location (country only), preferred language used on our website;

 

Data recorded : URL and referring domain, pages visited in the Nominis domain, geographical location, preferred language used on our web page, date and time when the website pages were accessed.

We collect personal data, with consent or to the extent permitted by law, from the following sources:

• Directly from you – Nominis collects personal data as part of its interactions with you, for example when you subscribe to our newsletters, alerts and mailing lists, register for training sessions or other services, place orders, participate in prize draws or other promotions, or give your opinion through online surveys.

• Public Records – Nominis collects personal data from public records made available by government entities (e.g., the land registry office) and municipalities, including real estate information and sales history. • Customer Support – Nominis may monitor or record communications between you and our representatives (e.g., telephone calls) to improve and maintain the quality of customer service, to ensure your protection and ours, to confirm our discussions, or for training purposes.

To ensure that we disclose the information only to you, please attach to your request a photocopy (front and back) of two (2) government-issued pieces of identification so that we can verify your identity.

 

b. Your consent and how you can withdraw it

By providing information to Nominis, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. Subject to legal, commercial, or contractual requirements, you may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of this information at any time by providing us with reasonable notice. However, withdrawing your consent may limit or prevent our ability to provide you with certain products and services.

We offer you the option to "unsubscribe" from each of our electronic marketing communications about our products and services or other products and services that may be of interest to you. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your unsubscribe request to take effect. If you unsubscribe from electronic marketing communications, you will continue to receive email alerts and other types of communications until you cancel your subscription to them.
